Summary
This project focused on the acquisition of new patients within this program as well as the retainment of current members. Working closely with the director of DTS Weightloss program, we gained actionable insights as to the methodology of this “brand” and how the messaging aligns with the work that is done through this program. We launched several campaigns, both internally and externally, to help build more awareness around the current parameters of this program and the new tools which help build a foundation for new patients.
